Senior Associate

Saadat completed his L.L.B (Hons) from the University of London International Program and holds a post-graduate degree in Corporate and Financial Law from University of Glasgow where he wrote his dissertation on Corporate Disclosure with regards to the prospectus requirement at the stage of Initial Public Offering. Prior to joining Asma Hamid and Associates as a senior associate, he worked as an associate at a prominent firm where he specialized in Civil and Corporate Litigation with regular appearances in the High Courts, Special tribunals, District and Lower Courts. Saadat’s experience includes challenging the vires of Levy charged under the Income Support Levy; challenging the exponential increase in fee by private schools on behalf of the students and parents; challenging the levying of approach rental charges by National Highway Authority under the National Highway Authority Act. He also handles complex business litigation including mergers, acquisitions, contracts and agreements, business-to-business matters, and breach of contract claims.
