Mustafa appears in civil, commercial and property related litigation in the civil courts and regularly assists senior counsels in a wide variety of litigation in tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He has assisted in several successfully argued high-stake tax cases on behalf of our client, Federal Board of Revenue, where his research has positively impacted our submissions.
